Hawaii Real Estate Market Update:
In Jan.2012, the median price paid for a single family home on Oahu was $618,000.00 which is increase8.% compared to Jan,2011and $305,000 for a condominium which is increase 4.8% compared to Jan.2011. During Jan. sales of 175single-family homes and 270condominiums were reported through the Board’s MLS, an decrease of 12.1% for single-family homes and an increase of 1.99% for condominiums, compared to the same month of last year.
